Stocks to watch Monday: Google, Lions Gate

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) � Among the companies whose shares are expected to see active trade in Monday�s session are Google Inc., Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., and Nielsen Holdings NV.

Google GOOG �said late Friday in a regulatory filing that Chairman Eric Schmidt was planning to sell nearly half his shares � 3.2 million out of his 7.6 million � in the search giant. The filing comes the same day that Google closed near its all-time high of $786.67. Shares finished up 1.5% at $785.37. The filing also comes as many corporate insiders are cashing out their shares as markets reach multiyear highs. Read more in Hulbert column: Insiders now aggressively bearish.

Lions Gate Entertainment LGF �is expected to report third-quarter earnings of 21 cents a share, according to a survey by FactSet.

Nielsen NLSN �is expected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 56 cents a share.

Owens & Minor OMI �is forecast to report fourth-quarter earnings of 47 cents a share.

Loews Corp. L �is projected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 30 cents a share.

American Financial Group Inc. AFG �is expected to post fourth-quarter earnings of 64 cents a share.

Annie�s Inc. BNNY �is projected to post third-quarter earnings of 14 cents a share.

TW Telecom Inc. TWTC �is likely to report fourth-quarter earnings of 15 cents a share.
