GreenHouse Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB:GRHU), a San Diego, California based integrated energy solutions provider and developer of eco-friendly infrastructure, announced the signing of multiple contract awards for its Life Protection (LPI) Governmental Services Division, totaling $6 million. The recently acquired LPI subsidiary provides innovative training, support, design and construction of facilities and services to meet the needs of the U. S. Government, military, and law enforcement agencies.

Eline Entertainment Group, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:EEGI) and the company’s subsidiary Let The Good Times Roll has successfully merged with Midnight Express. This is a second expansion merger for the company.

LTGTR’s subsidiary Midnight Express is a Florida based luxury transportation company specializing in tours of the Tampa Bay area. Midnight Express was previously geared towards tours in the party bus atmosphere, which makes for a great synergistic merger with LTGTR as the company expands both its business model and territory.

This is EEGI’s third merger announcement in the last several days, and a second merger for the LTGTR. EEGI management is excited by the speed with which the LTGTR moves, and intends to keep shareholders updated with further details on the progression of any upcoming mergers and already completed mergers.

PTC (NASDAQ:PMTC), The Product Development Company, reported that it has been named the winner of the Fall 2010 Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) STAR Award for Overall Operational Excellence in Technology Professional Services. The award was announced October 20 at the Technology Services World conference in Las Vegas.

Yahoo! (NASDAQ:YHOO) reported that it is inviting people to contribute to many of its most popular sites with the launch of the Yahoo! Contributor Network, a new platform for people to publish their creative content on Yahoo!.

The Yahoo! Contributor Network is an evolution of the Associated Content platform and will bring contributions from more than 400,000 writers, photographers, and videographers to the Internet’s largest media destinations, including Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Finance, Yahoo! Sports, and even the Yahoo! homepage, among many others.

Symmetricom, Inc (NASDAQ:SYMM), a worldwide leader in precise time and frequency technologies, reported that the ManTech Program, funded by the U.S. Army, GPS Wing and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), has agreed to sponsor enhancements to SYMM�s Chip Scale Atomic Clock (CSAC) technology.

Atomic clock technology advancements, as well as research on precise time recovery and IEEE 1588 Precise Time Protocol applications, will be discussed at the 42nd Annual Precise Time and Time Interval (PTTI) Systems and Applications Meeting on November 15-18, at the Hyatt Regency Reston, Virginia.
