Netflix, Inc. (Nasdaq: NFLX), the world’s largest online movie rental service, today announced an agreement with Disney-ABC Television Group that will make several of ABC’s most popular TV series available to be streamed instantly from Netflix.

SST Communications, a developer of RF front-end components and modules for a wide range of wireless applications and a subsidiary of SST (Silicon Storage Technology, Inc.) (Nasdaq: SSTI), a leader in flash memory technology, today announced that it has doubled the output power of its 2.4 GHz WLAN power amplifier (PA) offering with the new SST12CP11. Housed in a compact 3 x 3mm QFN package, the three-stage device achieves 34 dB power gain, 26 dBm and 25 dBm linear output power at 3.5% and 2.5% EVM, respectively, at 5.0V bias with less than 470 mA current consumption. With its ultra-high linear output power, the SST12CP11 helps increase the transmission range and data rate of 802.11b/g/n wireless access points and routers in consumer and enterprise environments.

AZZ incorporated (NYSE: AZZ), a manufacturer of electrical products and a provider of galvanizing services, today announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets related to Pilot Galvanizing in Poca, West Virginia, and Bristol Galvanizing in Bristol, Virginia. The acquisition is a part of the stated AZZ strategy to continue the geographic expansion of our served market that should provide a basis for continued growth of the Galvanizing Services Segment of the Company. AZZ has effectively doubled our network of plants in the last 3 years and continues to seek out additional expansion opportunities.

Concur (Nasdaq: CNQR), the world’s leading provider of on-demand Employee Spend Management services, today announced that it has acquired privately-held Etap-On-Line, a leading European provider of business travel and expense management solutions based in Paris, France. Concur expects the acquisition, which closed on August 1, 2009, to be accretive to fiscal 2010 pro forma earnings.

Aerojet, a GenCorp (NYSE: GY) company, and NEC Corporation announced today that the companies will explore the feasibility of jointly supplying low power ion propulsion systems for the U.S. and Japanese aerospace markets. Ion propulsion systems can be used for geosynchronous satellite propulsion systems and deep space missions providing significant advantages over traditional chemical propulsion systems due to the higher fuel efficiency.

Portland General Electric Company (NYSE:POR) today reported net income of $24 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2009, compared to $39 million, or $0.63 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2008.
